Two small tools built directly on the Medicine Wheel packages. One reads whether a situation calls for creating or restoring. The other runs an idea through convergence phases, stopping at every gate a human must hold.

The baseline claim decides the route; vocabulary only contributes signals. It never blocks you — a caller who disagrees proceeds.

Is there a prior state you are restoring?

A feeling of urgency is not evidence. The route is decided by whether a prior state genuinely existed — not by how the outcome is phrased.
